How it works

Four messages and you are done

No forms, no account, no waiting for a callback. This really is the whole process.

Send the basics

Date, headcount and the area you are in. That is enough for us to start.

We work out quantity

We tell you how many litres or pieces that headcount actually needs, and what it costs.

You pick flavours

Choose from the full menu. Most people take a mix so there is something for everyone.

Collect on the day

Packed cold and ready at the time you tell us. Bring an insulated box if you are travelling far.

Pack sizes

What bulk actually looks like

These are the formats we pack for events. Piece items - sticks, slices, cups, cones - can be ordered in any number.

4 litre bulk pack

The standard catering tub. Roughly 40 servings at 100 ml each, or 26 servings at 150 ml.

Best for: weddings, society functions, anything over 50 guests.

2 litre roll

Roll slice cassatta in a 2 litre format. Cut into rounds and it plates beautifully without any effort.

Best for: plated desserts, smaller gatherings, anything you want to look good.

Per-piece items

Kulfi sticks, bamboo rabadi, slices, cups and cones. Ordered by the piece, so the count matches your guest list exactly.

Best for: hand-outs, kids' parties, anything self-serve.

750 ml combo tubs

Two tubs to a pack, seventeen flavours, ₹220 to ₹400. Buy several packs for a small gathering.

Best for: home parties, gifting, filling a freezer before a festival.

Quantity guide

How much do I actually need?

The honest answer is that it depends on whether ice cream is the dessert or just one of several. Use this as a starting point, then send us the headcount and we will sharpen it.

  • Dessert alongside sweets: about 100 ml per guest
  • Ice cream is the only dessert: about 150 ml per guest
  • Kids' party: one piece per child, plus 20% spare
  • Rule of thumb: one 4 litre pack feeds roughly 40 guests

Before you order

Questions people ask us

How much ice cream do I need per guest?

Plan for roughly 100 ml per guest if ice cream is served alongside other sweets, or 150 ml if it is the only dessert. One 4 litre bulk pack serves about 40 people at 100 ml each. Send us your headcount and we will work out the exact quantity for you.

How far in advance should I place a party order?

Two to three days is comfortable for most orders. Large weddings and mixed flavour trays are better with a week's notice. If you need something sooner than that, message us anyway - we will tell you honestly what is possible rather than promise and disappoint.

What sizes do bulk orders come in?

Bulk comes in 4 litre packs. Rolls come in 2 litre. Kulfi sticks, slices, cups and cones are counted by the piece, so you can order any number that matches your guest list.

Can I mix flavours in one order?

Yes, and most people do. A crowd rarely agrees on one flavour, so mixed trays are what party orders usually become. Pick anything from the full menu.

How do I keep it frozen until serving time?

Collect as close to your serving time as you can, and carry it in an insulated box. Tell us your serving time when you order and we will pack it with that in mind.

How do I pay?

Payment is settled directly with us when you confirm the order. Message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm the amount and the method before anything is made.

Do you deliver?

Ask us. Delivery depends on the size of the order and where in Mumbai you are. Send the venue area along with your headcount and we will tell you straight away whether we can bring it to you.

Send us the date and the headcount

That is genuinely all we need to give you a price. We usually reply the same day.
