Seventy-nine reasons to stop by
We are manufacturers of kulfi, frozen desserts and ice cream, working out of Hindmata in Dadar East. Our catalogue has 79 products across 13 ranges, including kulfi sticks, cups, cones, slices, novelties and combo packs.
The list is long because people kept asking. Someone wanted pan masala. Someone else wanted gajar halwa. A wedding party wanted tender coconut. We made them, they sold, and they stayed on the board.
How a Sadguru kulfi gets made
Four steps, and none of them are quick
This is the actual order of work. It is also the reason our kulfi holds its shape instead of melting into a puddle.
Weigh the real thing
Kesar, pista, badam, anjeer, fresh fruit. Weighed and added by hand. If a flavour is called anjeer, there are figs in it.
Fill the mould
Bamboo for the rabadi range, clay matka for the matka kulfi, cartons and cups for the rest. The mould is part of the flavour, not just packaging.
Freeze it hard
Set slow and cold so the texture stays dense. A good kulfi should resist the first bite, then give.

Bamboo rabadi kulfi
A bamboo mould is narrow and long, so the kulfi freezes evenly all the way through. No soft centre, no icy edge. We make it in six versions: malai, kesar, pista, anjeer, mawa, and the premium malai that uses the thickest rabadi we produce.
